Our Founder

Consıdered was founded by Annie Tang, a former lawyer admitted to practice in Hong Kong and England and Wales. Annie has worked internationally across global law firms, including Dentons, Michael Page International (UK-listed company), and Star Anise Legal Recruitment and Leadership & Training — giving her a rare, multi-faceted perspective on the legal profession.

With over twenty years' experience working with lawyers on understanding and achieving their career aspirations, Annie is passionate about helping people take control of their career decisions by seeing them from different angles. Consıdered was created to extend this approach into a focused, accessible space where lawyers can explore different perspectives and make career choices that are genuinely their own.

In her spare time, Annie loves travelling and eating with family and friends.
